Philosophy and Training:
I completed my yoga teacher
training with Pacific Yoga
in 2003. My teaching integrates knowledge of asana technique, breath awareness, and meditation with a playful and loving
personality. I strive to give personalized instruction to students in an equally supportive and challenging way. I completed
my prenatal yoga teacher training with Judith Lasater in 2004. I believe that pregnancy is a uniquely sweet time to practice
yoga. I create a nurturing class environment where students can explore their strength, vulnerability, creativity, and courage
at their own pace. I bring my experience as a birth doula into the classroom and am a resource for any number of pregnancy
and birth-related questions.
